Hey is there anybody that can make me a back up disk of Windows 7? I need to reboot my comp and I don't know how to make the disk or where I can find an easy to install version.

my processor is a 32bit so I dunno if that makes a diff.

it just sux cuz at the moment my pc is in my room, it's connected to my tv, and I don't have a desk set up, so to use my pc I have to sit on the edge of my bed and hold the keyboard in my lap, with my mouse on my bed next to me.

Its so uncomfortable and makes my back friggen hurt!
